There's nothing to like about this company.

...esn't matter here the only thing matters is if your target is achieved or not! Baseless salary deduction No support from seniors Pay scale is poor Project Managers have target, based on which they deduct their salary If you can't achieve your target then you are of no use to them despite of sales team being there. Poor employee management No Job Security If unintentionally you got a client escalation than your team won't support you and you'll be the one who they will blame. They brag about their incentives but they give you target which is not all possible to achieve and projects are situational.

There is not at all any workpressure. The management is flexible enough to give yoy leverage for other subject you would like to do side by side. People are fine.

... Management.You actually have no work here good place to chill.No compensations.No salary hikes.

As a company in general it's a good company as few team members are good and HR team is supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

One word for FINANCE team whch I was a part of that team.Pathetic and terrible people are there in the team. working with them will always give you negative vibes, no peace of mind no one is supportive, the team members are hopeless, as they have no respect for anyone which shows there upbringing.Some people are team leaders and assistant manager but not even deserve to be there as they doesn't know how to run a team,just for the name sake they got the designation.

It is very good for freshers and a lot to learn but the promotion is solely depends upon manager's wish and not skill level

The HR are not helpful and are mostly on leave , some managers are fan of micromanagement but does not lead to any difference in productivity just increases toxicity in the work culture
