The company truly focuses on development of individuals. The fact that this is an EU company creates a really healthy work culture as well as everyone is easily approachable. Their way of giving opportunity to people to learn and grow and choose their own career path inside the company is really appreciable. Bonus: They host wonderful parties quite often

Salary hike as you progress is totally dependent on your negotiation skills as well as technical and people skill. There have been cases of biased reactions which again are dealt away with after escalations. The HRs in India do need to work on their attitude of more listening.

...es are cooperative.All are ready to help you.Work life balance is not that good. Provides good salary as a fresher (even what you will never expect at the early stage amount is that high).You will get the opportunity to visit the client location and interact with them.Work environment is little strict as manager like to sit near the team.Free lunch of good quality and from reputed restaurants (even Domino's pizza😋)

I like the fact that teams here are supportive of your growth but as far as you have the desire to learn and grow! Gives us the liberty to work in a hybrid mode, 3 days a week from office! I feel the level of job satisfaction you get here is best in class along with the opportunity you get to work and align closely with global teams.

Interns have to work hard in order to get permanent. Work like balance is average, sometime have to work on weekends during delivery. Learning is there for OTT, Set Top Boxes.

Politics is there.. job security for interns depends open the hard work.
