Work life balance is good and working time is very flexible. The people are great and very welcoming and hours can be flexible depending on what you have on your plate.

Learning curve is slow and salary is low.

I like most of the things about the company but compensation and benefits are not that great compared to other product based companies.

Company offers handsome pay, & later compensation could vary between 8-12 % subject to project/technology. Lot of value added Facilities are compromised after quintiles merser. Still decent company to work with

Dislikes

Congested cafeteria & floors, after merger employee strength increased subsequently which could not be manage in same building. Food options are limited.

Salary is good when you join from other companies. Do ask for 100% hike. They will give you if you have talent. But don't depend on hikes and promotions

Work Life Balance is not at all great. It all depends on which team you work. But not great in most teams

Too many parties, no increment in salary but Team Lunch, Quiz occassions, this celebration that celebration always happening. Leaders inside IQVIA projects speak like: We always hire the most useless people for our projects (extremely weird) Rude people are awarded and promoted, not the skilled ones in coding or work No ethical practices, the Non-retaliation policy is only for showoff Lot of threatening and dominating goes on inside the organisation which is very strange, HR refuses to clarify stuff. During a conflict, somehow the manager's words are taken as correct no matter what. There's no investigation or anything 👍🏻 Not a good company to invest, company in DEBT in 2024, all details about debt conditions of IQVIA mentioned in Google. Be careful while making decisions about joining or investing in this company!
