They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

Salary gets credited on 25th. Lot of training material available.

Dislikes

No clarity on promotions, jobs, you are at mercy of managers. Hr and managers have no empathy. May be good for pharma but not for technology people. Healthcare sector but offices doesn't have gym. Even if you join don't overstay. hikes are very less.

Some of the clients are good.

Dislikes

Too many parties, no increment in salary but Team Lunch, Quiz occassions, this celebration that celebration always happening. Leaders inside IQVIA projects speak like: We always hire the most useless people for our projects (extremely weird) Rude people are awarded and promoted, not the skilled ones in coding or work No ethical practices, the Non-retaliation policy is only for showoff Lot of threatening and dominating goes on inside the organisation which is very strange, HR refuses to clarify stuff. During a conflict, somehow the manager's words are taken as correct no matter what. There's no investigation or anything 👍🏻 Not a good company to invest, company in DEBT in 2024, all details about debt conditions of IQVIA mentioned in Google. Be careful while making decisions about joining or investing in this company!

Startup vs Phillips?

Hello everyone, I have got 11YOE in drug safety, Pharmacovigilance. In my last role i was with IQVIA as a project lead. I have joined as a healthcare consultant in a startup now (content strategy and customer experience). Now i have also got an offer for 'Senior Project Manager' with Phillips (Healthcare) but on a contractual basis of 2 years (on payroll of a consultancy firm) but i will be working from the Phillips Bangalore Campus.
