This company's bonus policy is a scam. They never tell employee that you must be employed on Mar 1st to receive the bonus of previous year. Even my manager thought the required employment date is Dec 31st. I even stayed longer so they can have time hiring new people. They never bother to tell me that if I stay 1 more week I can get what I deserve. They stole $30k from me. Apart from this, they are relentless in keep your billable target (they want 95% which is unreasonable). They told me to not record training time or time spent on filling out time sheet every week. Yes, you need to put details up to 15 mins for each week. It also makes you hesitate to take vacation time because that will impact your billable target. I worked hard all year to maintain this so they can steal it from me. There is no known number of PTO or personal day.

Dislikes

Very low standard company, they give only 40-50 percent of annual bonus/variable. I got very high ratings still got only 40%. There is no hierarchy in management. No parties, No gifts, No appreciation. No holiday on National Holidays as well.

Salary is good when you join from other companies. Do ask for 100% hike. They will give you if you have talent. But don't depend on hikes and promotions

Work Life Balance is not at all great. It all depends on which team you work. But not great in most teams

They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

Salary gets credited on 25th. Lot of training material available.

Dislikes

No clarity on promotions, jobs, you are at mercy of managers. Hr and managers have no empathy. May be good for pharma but not for technology people. Healthcare sector but offices doesn't have gym. Even if you join don't overstay. hikes are very less.
