Micro management, more interested in billable hours and therefore pressurize their employees in a very suttle way. Managers themselves violate companies policies. Many more reasons to not join iqvia biotech team. You may however consider core iqvia as the teams in there are more flexible and understanding.

Dislikes

Poor management, some people get more workload while some are enjoying. Uneven distribution of work. Lots of internal micromanagent. Strictly asking to come to office 3 days. Un professional leads they will not spare you.

Gaslighting and abusive line manager. No whistleblower line, no support. Behaviour backed up by HR as in company culture of exploitation and renewal that's why there's always so much project team turnover and they're always hiring. Don't be fooled by the money, you'll be burned out and it'll cost you longer in the long term to be able to want to work again after experiencing that.
