I must say the most cherished aspect was the incredible camaraderie and support from my colleagues. Their unwavering care and encouragement made every day a joy. Grateful to have been part of such a nurturing work environment.

they started the company with good intentions but money made them evil. now they think they are above everyone else and treating them like crap. There attitude is like my way or the highway for anyone who raises a voice against nepotism and toxic culture

Being a woman I still think that iquasar is very unjust to males. Almost all males are treated with discrimination and the top management is extremely biased for only some favourite females and they can even terminate good people for these girls. the culture they had some time back was good but now it is all in the gutter. they are so arrogant they dont listen to anyone and pretend they are employee centric. it is a good company for you if you are a good bootlicker and specially a female bootlicker
