There is a lack of job security for Principals, which makes it difficult to find qualified candidates for the position. As a result, the responsibility is often assigned to the Vice Principal, who also serves as the official Principal. The management's interference is excessive, and the Principal has no authority to make decisions without the approval of the management. The School Management Committee (SMC), composed of eight core members, frequently creates obstacles, making it nearly impossible to satisfy all members simultaneously, as each acts as a superior. Senior teachers have significant influence over the management committee and are resistant to stepping out of their comfort zones.

Dislikes

Excessive interference of Management Committee members and you have to work as Dumi.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
