Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a good cafeteria and a small gaming arcade. Company policies are good. On the job training given to new join.

Appraisals are not so good. They do not give good salary hike. Career growth is slow.

Feel very glad to working with such a great team and such a great organisation like iQor.

Only one thing what i not like in iQor which is salary growth with the working time period, If Job responsibility increase than salary will also.

BUT REALLY..HIRE AND FIRE WORKS HERE.... ABSOLUTELY.... AT HIGH PACE.... IF U COULDN'T IMPROVE IN 10 DAYS... THEN THERE ARE HIGH CHANCES THAT YOU WILL BE OUT IN NEXT 5 DAYS !!

...t company ever no female safety people are abusive unprofessional and will make.you cry for salary if not trusting this comment then sure try yourself know it you will get your life's worst experience. I am commenting here not to express my anger for what had happened with me but to make sure no other should fall for this company

Nothing this is a worst company you will ever join in your life. They do not any fix timing no proper and complete salary credited to your account. No appraisal no promotion no appreciation only forced OT and they won't even pay you for that.

This type of organization are playing and ruining time effort and skills of every individual. This type of organizations must be banned. If I would be allowed to take law in my hand I would have burnt down This while organisation because they are sweet poison they will keep you telling lie until there work is done and once it is done they will tell you that you are fired without any notice or reason.
