nothing the work culture is terrible even i worked for almost 24 hours in continuous sitting my legs were paining and i was feeling like i was in hell. they pressurise employees to do unnecessary reporting and they are not having any proper system in place to do the task in simple ways. all the things are over complecated without reason and full of politics. people are staying there so they can get food in the night because if you work till the night they will give you food. I am strictly against this kind of mentality. there was no work life balance and you will reach home like everyday 10 / 11 / 12 in the midnight because the quantum of unneccesary work is so much that you have to sit there and complete in pressure of deadline. You are expected to know everything from day 1 and nobody will help you in understanding the task.

...repared for cutting off from your family completely in a very bad way for money. My suggestion- if you have a second option even for lower salary - Go for it.
