Learned different tasks in AP. No pressure.

Poor canteen. Salary is not upto the level of associate. The salary given to fresher is higher than the existing seniors where seniors have high responsibility. It will make senior's work less efficient.

Good work life balance!! Nice company to deal with. Learnt good stuff from training aspects. Two way cab, sat sun off (based on teams and req), job security are all a big plus.

Nothing so big to be discussed. May be salary to an extent is less!!.

It's a good place to develop your skills and knowledge (not in all clients), but the benefits given by company are very poor.

The salary is very low compared to other places, this makes employee frustration on work life and demotivates to learn many things.

IQ Backoffice is really a good place to growth your carrier and more opportunities to improve their skills on the process. Work infrastructure is good. No work pressure. TL and DM's are very friendly to all associates.

Salary structure and appraisal. Break hours needs to be improve. Need to concentrate on employees satisfaction level.

There is no politics, and Job security , here near to 100 Employess working more then 5 years. If you are talented you can easily move to next level. lot of training program for next level and Accounting section. Out door training.

Dislikes

... single cab there are 12-14 members and no security provide for female employee. Compare to the market salary is low. No free food and childcare and work from home facilities.
