There is nothing to like about it. They cheaters and have spoiled so many professional lives without giving proper salary and cutting PF money without putting it in the PF account

Dislikes

They are a cheater company. They have not given salary to so many employees, neither they have submitted PF amount to the PF account nor given full and final settlement of ex-employees. The lady CEO is the worst lady I have seen, she wants puppets all around her dancing to her tune

There is nothing to like about the organisation. It is a Circus controlled by a mad male chauvinist with his 3 puppets (Marketing head, business head and Co founder). It's a trap, Beware !

Dislikes

They hire top most executives but are unable to pay them on time and then put all false allegation on them so that they can hold their salaries.They torture the executives to the next level and hold their salaries without any reason. None of the executives had a smooth exit in the organisations. The CEO is having a mental disorder and to fulfil that he keeps torturing the employees to satisfies his ego. They do not have any fix policies to follow. They create policies every month based on the situation.An appeal to the new joinees, beware of the surprise elements from so called HO. They will never work on ground level to understand the organisation's needs but will only sit and gossip about their employees and if you are expecting any increment then you have to face false allegations from HO and you will be thrown out from the organisation. Also kindly ask them to share payment slip and all documents in hard copy to you because they do not have such policies to provide employees with payment slips and any documentation.

Not good working environment and the culture teammates are not supportive at all also the management is not transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

that it is a place where you get to work with kids. They are a sure stress buster

Dislikes

...ot no notice and I use to get scolding and an unduly pressure form my seniors. They will pay you high but they also have a history of chucking people out right before they are about to complete their 6 month probation. I have been posting the reality on various social platforms and one fine day I got a threatening call from the Head of HR Ipsaa saying we will take legal action against your for writing the reality. I want to name out the parasites working in this company but I do not want to get down to their level. Being a daycare they are not even taking proper care of the children also they back up this by saying "they are safe with us". HUH !!

...sign for better opportunities they try to defame you and try to spoil your name. They dont provide offer letter, salary slips pr any proof of employment. They dont deposit PF in your PF account. They terminate people for any irrelevant reasons.
