There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

till the Time Mr Gupta and Mr Singh will be in charge, it cant be a professional place. its a personal home kind atmosphere where these people only concerned abt their own benifits. the worst organisation i work in my 11yrs of experience. specially the bhm dept.

the casual attitude and there is no scope to growth n self improvement saying about the bhm dept only

Nothing is worth Likable at all. Worst management at IPS even do not have basic etiquettes how to talk on call. On Wednesday i called at admission counselling number which was 07314041578 Mr. Sudhir Pandey or Tiwari received call, he was in too hurry that did not give proper information and hang up call, i called him thrice but he was not able to help me might be he does not had proper information, then why are you sitting there, bad experience with IPS thanks got it initially, i did not take admission there where people have not guts or proper etiquette how to talk so what they will teach to students it will ruin your career.

It gives a nice platform to a new comer but as u will get older u will feel to leave this academy as there is a very less payment structre here u wont get any offer letter while joining salary deposit is also delayed most of time. senior junior work culture is everywhere here.no one talks about the excellence but only departmental politics critisism will swallow u.
