Dislikes

1. Blaming one another argumentative work culture. and there is this one particular testing guy I never faced a worst mindeset person like that ever! he thinks what he do is all correct no mistakes/wrongs he thinks he is perfectly testing guy. he thinks he is the main lead guy. He won't listen to developers what they are saying. He won't understand what fellow colleagues saying. He will make your temper and ego raised by his behavior and worst testing style and his pathetic understanding of anything. He is literal torture mainly to ui team and he is poisonuous to products and deliveries. all colleagues reported to management many times. they won't take single action or change that pathetic tester. so if you want to work in peace with colleagues be aware of that guy 2. No training for skill development 3. No work satisfaction due to project manager's technical involvement in ux/ui/etc you have to do what he says even though it is not correct or less efficient. 4. Limited time for deliveries 5. Management is not brave enough to get rid of some toxic people like the guy I mentioned in 1st point actually there are no other people that is toxic to products other than that tester if they can get rid of him and bring good understanding tester who can even understand underlying root causes and analyse data and db himslef and come back to devs with solid data, causes and understanding then iprotechs deliveries will be so much better and good.

I like they serve free food for lunch and snacks in the evening along with coffee or tea.

Dislikes

Management overlooks working culture, often allowing seniors to be unfairly criticized, with no regard if juniors disrespect them. HR acts as a passive figure, following only management's directives without any independent responsibilities. She is also don' t how the priority of each employee. I left the company because of this humiliations. Better don't join if you get offer. You will have bright future if you spend more time outside.
