They do not follow any policy written in the agreement of employment. While you are working, they keep on looking for cheap resources and once found they kick you out on the same day without letting you serve any notice period. This is highly inhuman and unprofessional for a person who is in shock for having been lose a job without any fault and no time given to look for a new job. They are fully money minded people, who treat employees as objects and can throw them when a cheaper one is found, There is no moral, values and integrity in this organisation and in its founders, directors and so called higher management. There is no such thing as HR here hence no one to think about employees rights.Hence only join if you have no where else to go and be mentally and financially ready to be replaced any day any moment.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
