Salary of government doctors is not good even though a practicing option is given. Your co-workers might have a very poor work culture which might tend to demoralize you.

Hospital is open to research and continuous cme. I m proud to be attached with this hospital.. All professors and my teammates were extremely friendly.. We all work in collaboration.

As it's a government hospital, there is immense work pressure.. Salary is also low.. Otherwise I loved working

There is nothing to be like ...... If anybody works there he/she will get only frustration as rewards

Each and everything is disgusting specially work culture.there is only one thing going on that is groupism and politics

Excellent working environment and faculty members.accademic is at highest level

Salery is terribly low, difficult to survive in metro city in this salery . No accomodation for residents . Faculty in university is arrogant .

3-4, ITU 24 hr shift duty per month, can do emergency intubation at night. You can watch various procedures like central line , echo ,usg , Smith line placement, ambuscopy etc( but hands on is zero)

Very bad seniors , although first year pgt are good. Zero academics, no one will care about you. Lots of political catch patient get shifted to itu , they will make your life hell !!!! Sometimes you have to do work of medical technologist, ward boy and nurse because they don't care whatever you say them( they only listen to Rmo) Pgt are accustomed to work like that because they have to get their md degree but housestaff have no respect in the department 😡😠😠 Housestaff only job is to look after patients vitals only
