...re could greatly enhance the organization's potential and employee satisfaction. They don't give salary hike.. they will push you resign voluntarily once you cross there budget (30-35k per month)..

Nothing, pathetic place pathetic people with no concern about employees wellbeing who punish juniors for own mistakes and mismanagement. So called seniors are promoted just for staying in the company for 5 years with 0 skills to manage a team. If you're great at flattery and blaming others for your mistakes you'll go places here. If not, you'll just be given your termination letter on a random Wednesday and shall be pestered to leave cause you showed the mirror to the undeserving manager.

Here the growth opportunities were often influenced more by internal politics than by individual talent and performance. Leadership (Komal and Srilekya) dynamics appeared to heavily favor certain individuals, which impacted overall morale and the work environment. Additionally some team leader (Srilekya) lacked effective communication skills, making collaboration challenging. This resulted in a noticeable imbalance between professional expectations and personal well being. So called management (Khaja) is also a Puppet. If you work here you should be a puppet.. you should not implement your brain here keep your brain at home and come for the work. leaders (Komal & Srilekya) here claims that flexible and independent work environment , but in reality micromanagement(specially in filing team) is practiced in a subtle yet clever way. While it may not be direct constant monitoring, excessive check-ins and check out time and unrealistic expectations create pressure which push you to resign voluntarily and also once you reach the budget of earning (30-35k per month).
