Worst management lacking professional attitude and are behave like dictators. There is a group of young females employees who are oldest employees who typically gossip like old aunties. All together the management and these aunties make the office environment and culture highly toxic. Seniors yell at employees on the floor. No appraisal despite huge workload.

The only best thing about IPExcel was my manager (Ms. Shilpa). She was the only one because of whom I survived there. I can go writing good things about IPExcel but all the credit goes to Ms. Shilpa. Hiring Shilpa

Dislikes

One person who made IPExcel a real hell is Praneetha. In a span of 1 year itself, 4-5 people left IPExcel because of her only and still they promoted her to Associate VP. With this only, you can understand the level of inner politics.

They hired me as permanent employee and they ask my resignation after completing 2months with no reason. They didn't gave proper excuse that why they don't want have me. They didn't provide me a proper training. No job security at all and I heard from one of the employee when i joined them that before a month back thier was different employees and now all 20 employees faces are different.
