Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. The place provides non-toxic work environment. Team mates are good and friendly. Colleagues are professional and technically sound.

The place doesn't provide fair compensation. People are highly underpaid. There is no work life balance. The organisation doesn't give any variable bonus or any sort of perks or bonuses throughout the year. Employees of project teams are overburdened and ghe senior management refuses to acknowledge the same when communicated.
