Good coworkers, As I was a fresher i learnt lot of skills from my PMT team seniors and other team colleagues were very helpful in case of urgent work

Dislikes

Too much work, Less recognition from manager even after handling two people work load,Minimal salary growth. Uses outdated working platform. Seen. Manager always had insulting tone which had increased as i resigned.

-Pay lesser that market (By far I feel this is the only negative) -Policies related to expenses reimbursement

only one thing is there salary comes at the end of the month.

Not satisfactory, my settlement isn't done even after submitting all the documents and company inputs along with due payments , so much political environment is in this company, no good at all and is not a peaceful house.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Good upper management. Effective decision making time to time. Timely accurate disbursement salary, expenses & incentives.

Dislikes

Lack of flexibility, centralizing authority, continuously change views & strategy, no medical facility, limitation in benefits.
