There many -no mediclaim - toxic environment - stupid management - CQA people are double faced - no job security - no work life balance - salary is also low - lab assistant (that to contract based) has more demand than officer

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The company culture is very good for employees.i love the fact that I was a part of the team and I miss the company.

Overall I love this company and wants to join again in Future,but salary compensation is too low in comparison to market price.

Job security is 100℅.. You can take leave whenever you want but inform your senior first..

...rk culture is terrible... HR management is the worst thing you will ever find... After resignation notice period gets over they will deduct about 60℅ of your salary and will give lame excuses for deduction...HR should be clear and loud in their policies... The official working hour is 8hrs but they will force you to do overtime and it is of no use. The salary is also very less and in name of appraisals they give nothing.... Better think twice before joining this organization...
