only one thing is there salary comes at the end of the month.

Not satisfactory, my settlement isn't done even after submitting all the documents and company inputs along with due payments , so much political environment is in this company, no good at all and is not a peaceful house.

I like the culture and the working support from seniors but in covid i found lackness in my salary and incentives and there is one drawback the documentation work takes very longi.e confirmation of employees

Company is very much supporting to employee. Given salary on time even in the time of lockdown. From last 3 years I'm associated with Ipca . I'm proud to be a part of Ipca labs Ltd.
