The company installed a lots of new global standard pharmaceutical instruments in their all production plant.This is a good opportunity for an employee to learn new technology . Most of my teammates and senior were good and supportive in nature .job security was good in Ipca Labs .Company re hire policy was good.

...rainee period .Most of the things I learned my own effort and from technician . Salary benefits was poor .

There many -no mediclaim - toxic environment - stupid management - CQA people are double faced - no job security - no work life balance - salary is also low - lab assistant (that to contract based) has more demand than officer

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.

... not accepting new employees, Time waste in office, Most of new employees are leaving organization, high alterations, High difference in salary, New Vs Old, no good working environment,
