Even arrear never paid on time, u need follow director order, for every small issues directirs intervention is there., not suggested to work with this organization unless if u hv any " Majburi" . Totally unethical company no work ethics no respect to to employees they asks you to use your sallary for official traveling and visits and then don't reimburse the same, no salary on time, there are no proper coordination your seniors will give you different instructions without discussing with each other. No one recognise your work. Seniors Use bad words to employees.

Their products are good and are helping a lot of farmers! Employees are smart and get work done by any means.

Office culture, people with no communication skills are hired which creates a lot of communication gaps which is not required in an engineering company. The HR doesn't care about their employees and have no regards whatsoever.
