Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. If you are working in APAC or any other shifts..it will be continued for months...like 8..9 or more

About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. They will not removed for cost-cutting.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

Without knowing us they sign bond for 2 years and if we want to leave company the we have to pay 2 lacks. It is very worst thing about this company. Job security is not there. Having so much Politics.
