Compensation is good at the company. There is a lot that we can study at the company. Very good place to learn about the security world.

Pressure is high at the company. work life balance is not great. you have to work a lot in the initial. Career growth is slow.

No job security, they can kick as anytime they want, we dont get the promised salary, shift timing is bad, worst management they have, they wont give any leave. nor they give work from home.

Worst Management!!! HRs are too rude. Negotiated for extra 2km cab, though i asked to deduct in my salary or drop me off till 30km as per company norms but they denied telling it not safe and, instead they asked me to relocate by spending another 10k expense for PG, what about my safety if I relocate to PG near company. No job Security. No proper response. 2 Years bond.

...they not allowing someone to exit the company even when they are not doing well. A person who have already completed half of his/her notice period and are willing to even pay for the exit must simply be given their right to exit. A person who had got a better opportunities had to grow. Do not join this conpany. Very toxic.

Dislikes

They do not let you go for a different company even when you are not ok to be here anymore or have gotten better opportunites elsewhere. The worst company this is.

Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..
