only you can get salary on time. apart of this everything is worst here. HR is very rude. he does not know how to talk to people.

If you have an option then don't join this company. they expect you to work on 24/7. they will make you to work 15-16hr everyday. you won't learn anything here. this company hire candidate for project once project get completed, will force you to resign. worst person is head HR in the company, he does not know to how to talk people.

...ce you accept it. And concluded the call. Even till the end, nothing was clear. They want your exact current salary but won't disclose their offer at the end. To them, an offer means dropping a line msg of the CTC figure with no bifurcation whatsoever. The funniest part is even that unclear figure will change from time to time. Everything was so unstructured and unprofessional. Complete wastage of time n effort. PS: Weeks later, I happened to know via the hiring manager that HRs conveyed to them that I rejected the offer when they actually never reached out to me with a final offer. In fact, I had to follow up multiple times for their final decision, which to date, I never had. And to me, it was conveyed that they are having an internal discussion with the team and waiting for manager approvals. So, I don't know what fishy games the HRs are playing. Maybe because I'm also from the north region, as some of the feedback has raised the issue. If you don't have other options, then only consider it otherwise; spare yourself some mercy and boycott.

They'll take a long time just to schedule your interview and makes excuses. HR the two faced snake and the Director who is also two faced will make you leave your company and after all formalities they make start making excuses. They dont know how to talk with the colleagues. Worst ethics ever. No should never join this company. They will hate you of you dont belong from their state. Bunch of Imposters especially Director and HR Manager. BKL

Not involving into the development sessions, who having the same capability. Everyone should have motivate mind instead of demotivate.
