There is no job security within one day they can tell to you we don't have project join non technical project or leave the company if you want to leave they will say contract is there give contract money.

...ask documents they will give several reasons No security no work life balance They will force to join non technical other wise you will not get bonus and you need to leave the job immediately

...gement is transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The management is extremely supportive and friendly. Compensation is an issue here. Rest awesome work life balance and awesome people around.

Just like I said compensation is the issue. Salary is very less as per what other companies offer you.

If u don't have any options. Just join to get experience. But trust me u won't be satisfied.

...d. Thank God I joined there as fresher. They had problem with everything you do. They will spend on stupid things like your Id card, but never help with your salary. Really if you do not have any option then join. But remember if you tell about your problems then it will be used against you for terminating you. Their behaviour is very rude and discouraging. They will make you feel you are worthlessness.
