Different rules for people wprking from India and other counteries. Indians are asked to work from office 5 day a week where teams based outside of India are working from home all week. There is a strict work timing like it is some service based company. Poor perks

- age old tech stack - deaf HR - arrogant India head - destroy career of LDPs by giving them good initial salaries and clerical work. - people dont know how to talk or convey gracefully specially Indian management and HR

The people overall including managers, HRs and other staff are all very supportive and helpful. My team has been very helpful in journey from college to corporate. The people here encourage to focus on individual learning along with the work. Got an amazing induction when I joined, with amazing sessions helping me to adapt to the corporate culture.

Dislikes

...ty of the development on the solutions were already done when I joined the team. Also, the compensation could be a bit more competitive.

Nice helpful peers and good compensation with job security.

Old tech stack in many teams as it is in fintech domain from quite long so having legacy systems and softwares which restricts the new edge cutting technology learning opportunities.

Initial compensation is good and that's it.

...and he forgot during COVID time, the same employees made the company profitable. - No bonus and hike given in 2024, and when it was asked from CEO, he literally gave non sense answers to cover it. - No equal opportunity, if you're good in office politics and good at roaming around your manager / HRs / upper management, then you'll grow here.
