Worked as a service engineer , it's was a pleasure being a part of Ion Exchange get to know about ion Exchange resin and products , moving around to full fill the needful of costumers . Great team for a support of technical support . Happy being a part of Ion Exchange

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours.i do receive appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisal.

Job place is not decided,and No one optimize our problem.they believe on only for benifits.

Leaves is not given by company to employees our O&M operator's or working culture is not good, salary is delayed to not decided a fix date

People with self initiative can learn about the technical processes involved, as there won't be any restrictions laid on them.

Dislikes

Poor salary range and almost no much appreciation / appraisal for real working people, but hefty politics involved at almost all levels.

company given best opportunity for excel my knowledge and not deducted salary in lock-down but as we r doing O&M of RODM in BORL peritoneum refinery hence we were have to come as out client is under essential services. but we can as team and company can do more better like hygiene and distribution of consumables like hand wash & mask etc

company can be more better if the gets more professorial & employee friendly communication also better increment as per working or output.

Every employee has work distribuited and every one has much time to do some personal work during duty time, No unwanted pressure, good support is provided by technical and management to employees.

Salary hike percent is low
