...ny. Company don't feel like sharing future projection of company with employees. 3) Seniors try to exploit juniors by giving big work loads with minimum salary. 4) Bad mouthing and yelling on juniors is very common by managers and even the CEOs; even in meetings.

No Growth here. Salary was very low. Management was so old in all others activity. In this 21st century they are far bhind from new technology and new system.

When mechanical engineer reeign from the company then they promote me but they offer me less than half salary of the mechanical engineer. Risk, work and job will remain same as mechanical engineer.
