Canteen food quality not so good in shifts than G shift. Smartphones are necessary upto E1 employess for more output. A.c bus might be started and increases the fare accordingly(in summer)

- Management is not satisfactory. - You have to learn each and everything at your own. - leg pulling system in employees.

Good in all members of communication and behavior and all work si systematic and safety provision is good.

Fresher salary is more than 1&2 year experience person and only fresher hire local persons and after training not provide any vehicle on time

...re the technician's work is done by the engineer And the technician as a helper. Salary deduction is very high, they take around 7 to 8k deduction on salary.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is 3 months notice period after leaving the job but if you don't want to do the notice period then you will pay three months basic salary.
