No standard of Tata. No increment,fake promises,they will say do this you will get increment but just fooling around People in HQ think they are big shots.Only attitude.Only v.few are good.If you have an attitude you can work here and you have to be rude then you are good.

Not good for growth no increment ... fake promises... they will never recognise talent.. very bad internal politics... senior management are horrible. They tell we are family but never act like . Skilled people are not selected nor get promoted... very bad senior

innovative launches have quality/effectiveness issues; management has been unable to find solution and this is not expected of such a company which is from Tata. Top leadership is quite harsh in words. Unnecesarry pressure with bad products.
