Dislikes

Don't ever join this startup, once they get the benifit out of from an employee they throw them away like a trash, upper management is worst with no leadership quality, they hire continuously without having funds and then throw away old employees who helped them in building the foundation of their app. Never seen such selfish people in an organisation, working days are Monday to Friday but they force employees to work on Saturdays also without any overtime pay, and don't even recognise the efforts. Don't ruin your career joining this toxic workplace
