Good learning curve due to a lot of synergies that are required between many departments.

Dislikes

Shameful leadership specially the HR department. Toxic culture. The salary for a job role will vary from X to 2X 3X depending on what political or affluent family you are from. Will never recommend this place.

...e same at any other organization but team-building exercises are second to none. Salary is good comparing the expenses and tax you may pay in other city and other organization respectively.

Dislikes

Contractual roles meaning any day force majeure clause may be implemented. You are working on menial jobs organizing meetings, preparing talking points, presentations but hardly do any research-oriented or data collection that should be the priority. So, learning goes for a toss.

Top Management is inept. Salaries are low. The culture is extremely unprofessional and the worst part is reviews on review websites are forged(any company having more than half its workforce leave every year cannot claim to be one which is liked by its employees)

The opportunities to Improvement my financial requirements is dificult in the sitution of the country economical crises so l am not dislike working in National Authority of Investment but for above mentioned reasons.
