Good work life balance. Equal opportunities will be given to all levels of employees. More importance given to learning and skill development.

Growth in respect to salary and position is little slow when compared to market.

I liked only these two things i.e. facilities and salary. Learning and growth scope was ok. Infrastructure is quite great. HR department and finance people were very polite and helpful

Dislikes

The work culture is really bad. Upper dominance is too much from seniors level. Criticism was there when it comes to feedback. The manager was always biased to new people. They never listened to the root cause. I have never left the company like this ever before.

work life balance is good, they provide two way cab service also within 30 km radius from office, cafeteria offering food at subsidize rates but with below average quality, job security is always there.

Dislikes

you can't invest directly in stocks without taking star compliance approval, no IPO investments allowed due to regulatory guidelines. Appraisal and Hike are low compared to industry standards. Should provide fully remote workplace policy.

Teammates and mangers are very supportive and transparent we will get lot of knowledge also

No issues found everything was so good but coming to benefits like transport and food is quite low compared to other corporates

Company is riddled with internal politics and corporate governance issues. recently there was a whistleblower complaint against the company exposing fraudulent practices undertaken by the senior management. CEO and Heads of Department run a toxic culture. Employee turnover ratio is exceptionally high.
