The company's management system and company policy are absolutely bad. Working time and salary are not available in the company, even after giving the resignation , the company does not clear the salary. The HR team and management's team in the company are so rude that they don't receive call the employees, they don't reply to the mail also. Worst company in my life.

...hey won't provide the stated compensations, No benefits, Toxic work politics. 3. More than 6 months' salary, EPF, and Full and final settlements, all are pending and they never settled anything to anyone yet. 4. Inefficient higher management people with a lot more insecurities protect their ego with fun talks (they named it like that) in every meeting, which will make you question your own life, shatter your emotions to the core, and question your abilities, and your well-being. 5. Biggest NO to those who are serious about their life and career. 6. Biggest NO to those who want to safeguard their mental peace.

The work environment is very light. One can get a chance to work with good people with good heart. One can really enjoy while working here.

Salary delays No incentives No marriage leaves and bonus No medical coverage

No proper increment, no work appreciation, no on time salary, worked 5 years only 2 times increment that to very small amount, here we have to beg for increment, no health insurance, Utter worst company

They are not concern about employees health only they look into work

Good work environment. Teammates are helpful to the extent possible.

The untimely disbursal of salary, sometimes they dont pay you for months. Covid or not, every year they whine on the issue of fund and disburse half salary for at least 6 to 7 months.
