WORST HR TEAM (especially shalini hr) - In naukri there was a job description which matched mine and it was for freshers and i worked for 8 month (which is fresher) and exactly for the same job description i was trained and mailed to a lady called shalini on aug 28, 2024. she called next day but i was busy at the moment. she mentioned "call me whenever you have free time". By evening i messaged her , she said she will connect tommorow. on 30th i messaged when can i call her. she replied this role is on hold and will call by monday. today is 2-9-24 and i called her, she started giving excuses "this on hold" , "this role is for freshers" (im a fresher as she saw in my CV). Oh! she added "on 30th it was closed" if it was closed why she give hope to call?. I request to be honest and dont build hopes for people like me.

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. The management genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about a year now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers.
