Intraedge supports their employees in every path. All the leaderships and HR are easily approachable, entertain, and resolves queries swiftly.

Dislikes

American Express client differentiates between contractor and FTE. Sometimes things can go against you but there is no action from leadership of AmEx to support you. Less growth and learning if are a TPM role. Also, you need to work from Client location - Gurgaon/ Bangalore, Gurgaon worst place to live and work based on environment. You cant work from pune location as long as you are associated with Amex

There is nothing to like about the HR are pathetic, they schedule meeting they themselves don't join I have not seen any HR team this lathergic

Despite the client appriasal and appreciation these guys don't have to give you anything and not even appreciated your efforts

Intraedge is awesome but the problem is with the clients. Without assigning the work or providing the access to the system they give judgement about performance of an individual. Please choose a wise client.
