...t is important to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. 1. *Unpaid Salary*: Despite working diligently, I have not received my salary for 1 month and 10 days. This financial inconsistency has caused significant stress and hardship. 2. *False Allegations*: I faced baseless accusations from the management, which were entirely unfounded. This created a hostile and demotivating work environment. 3. Unprofessional Behavior: The director(Suraj sir) exhibited unprofessional conduct, including consuming alcohol in the office and using abusive language towards me. Such behavior made the workplace uncomfortable and toxic. 4. Workplace Misconduct: On one occasion, the director visited my home and verbally abused my mother in front of our neighbors, which was deeply distressing and has negatively affected my family’s well-being. 5. *Lack of Support*: When I faced financial difficulties and requested an advance, it was denied. Furthermore, there were repeated delays in salary disbursement, which added to my financial woes. Due to these issues, I chose not to serve the notice period, as the work environment was intolerable and detrimental to my mental and financial well-being. I hope this review helps others understand the challenges faced by employees here.
