Dislikes

Zero employee centric, very bad and dominant work culture. Employee's are treated like labours with no vacations and will make you work 16-17 hours with the least salary they could provide. Overall worst experience. They will show you dreams and will end up ruining your own dreams too. Please do not join here if you want peace and sanity in life.

With new focus now things are looking good. Atmosphere has become better and new things are happening. Founders are involved with employees. Colleagues are quite helpful.

A Terrible Experience, Working at Intoglo, was a nightmare. The work-life balance was non-existent, with constant demands to work late and on weekends. Annual increments were minimal, barely covering inflation. The work culture was toxic, plagued by micromanagement and favoritism. Overall, Intoglo is a place to avoid if you value your well-being and career growth.
