...on for atleast 1 year, and keep on giving you performance improvement letter. 3. Salary in hand, that too after deducting any amount they want without proper explanation. 4. HR, TL, Department head, none of them have any knowledge about your work, tells lies and keep you in circles if you are in any situations. 5. They doesn't even have any work for developers, they will hire you and just ask you to paste content written by content team to HTML or React template that too, which are bought online, and then they just asks the server team to host the website so that they can run campaign or ads and revenue money. 6. While joining they will tell you of 2 alternative Saturdays week off, but will deny as soon as you join. 7. Worst company ever.

Work culture is very nice and they know how to grow with the team and business. It's a pleasure to work with a polite management. The scope of learning is really high if you want to grow.

there is nothing to like about this company it has a HR who doesn't know what she is talking about and one man Who thinks he knows everything and feels he is the boss out there but in reality he is a dwarf butthead who knows nothing about talking to employees he is the most annoying person in this company.
