...e his impact on management he will jot compnesate people well for his promotion. Also they will lie you telling its a permanent remote job and later they will call you to banaglore once the salary date is near by . I left the company once in came to know after joining that 1 year ex[perienced person with no mba and unemployeed since 2 years ( specifically nice looking girls) are paid more than 5+ years experienced relevant background professional. And then they think they won the game . Later they will ask you to come bangalore and we will increase salary once you perform. All false commitments by the team . Full team is fraudsters . They will tell we are expanding and every week they will have hirings and firings. Dont go by the joining kit and boat soundbox all fraudsters are working over here.

- ZERO Worklife balance. - The Management hides a lot of things that impact you directly. - Zero Transparency - Micromanagement - KRAs that do not even make sense. - NO holiday - The managers will expect you to work NON-STOP for 9 hours (They will justify it as well with their stupid logics) - Managers were** biased (**they got laid off now)

Salary and company culture is awesome. Learning is good because it enables you to get more confidence

Dislikes

0 work-life balance. They want you to be on top of everything no you need to be checking their discords even on your off days there is so much happening if you don't check them you might lose lot of information.

The only thing "ok" is that it is work from home.

...ou realise that the heirarchy and management needs a lot work and improvement. Salary is very inadequate Expected to work 24 hours in the day and always expected to be available with the laptop. The work is very repetitive and nothing new to learn . They lay off people very easily and resources are not really given much respect.
