Management and company policies are poor and not clear.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.

...ifference in CTC and Take home. In all company they only pay bonus, incentives. But this management giving bonus to us by debiting our salary every month,which includes in our CTC. Allowances will be paid by very delayingly they not pay in salary but they pay separately after 15days of salary credit and totally waste to join. Salary expectations are also too poor.

Too much internal politics, favorism, no job security, false promises by seniors officials. Overall not a healthy environment for work. If anyone want to die early age kindly join Intertek India.

on Time Salary in Construction now a days salary are not time. after note bandi so many indians are un employement. moody is working for nbcc

work culture, a head on project site no good knowledge but he was senior. he give priority only Mohammedans in new vacancy

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has global client base. And I also like the job security/Career growth and innovation.

Compensation is moderate but growth is high. the work pressure is very high. sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day I was complete my routine work every day most of times I do received appreciation emails form my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. also there is no on-job training for freshers as well as experiences hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
