Salary is a bit low compared to market standards. Appraisal is not percentage wise but a fixed number of lakhs, this is better for freshers as they can get 30 to 40% hike after first year, but the hike decreases percentage wise. So after the hike, the next hike will be like 20%.. and so on.. Good for freshers to join. Lot to learn in the company. Good and very inclusive culture.

Dislikes

After 4 - 5 years the salary hike that seemed great in the start seems low. There is no hike on promotion. Only Fixed Salary is there, no stocks or bonuses. Just the joining bonus.

I worked in Bangalore and Kolkata location. Bangalore and Kolkata centers they have closed few years ago.. As a company very good to work, but do not have experience for Noida location.

Onsite is very less.

The company culture is good.. specially before covid times. it gives ample of opportunities and is also good in work-life balance

not much just that the infra can be improved to give a good feel about the place

You have ample time to learn anything outside your day job. So basically do wht you want and get paid in the process.

My work exp: :0-1. Not for ambitious and growth focused people. Old age technologies. Managers are not at all helpful. They dont push you to learn and do work. It feels like they dont want to retain you and make you feel like if you have a better offer you can leave.
