No job security, no sense of management, baniya company. Looks like a small shop only. Senior leadership have no sense of management. They are only focused on blaming the person and just looking for a bakra so that they can blame on that person for the project's delays. No sense of project management. They have one sister company also LZT which is running bhagwaan bharose.

The management is supportive and helps employees grow. We're not treated like machines over here but work is kept on the highest priority so we can say everything is balanced. Culture is miles away from corporate politics, toxicity or any kind of bias.
