Having an experience over 12yrs in the domain got the best platform at IAMAI where my expertise is being valued and given open hand to implement new projects and strengthen the org. compliance status and operations in Human Resources. Having a collaborative and innovative work environment. IAMAI at the forefront of the digital industry, providing ample opportunities to its people to work on impactful projects that shape the future of the internet and mobile sectors in India. The Leadership team is highly supportive and transparent, always open to new ideas and feedback from the young minds. Best for the young and fresh talents as well for the experienced professionals; giving them the platform to put their expertise and make the best out of it. Overall I would say IAMAI is an Innovative and Dynamic workplace encouraging professional development, inspiring and motivating culture. A People centric association organisation. Being a not for profit association, IAMAI has marked their journey it is truly commendable; yet more heights to achieve.

IAMAI is an excellent workplace! The dynamic environment fosters creativity, and the leadership is incredibly supportive of employee growth. I have got the opportunity to work on the impactful project, including organizing events and conferences that shapes the digital landscape in India. Highly recommended for anyone passionate about events.

Dislikes

The fast-paced nature of the work is challenging and requires additional attention and time before events. But at the same time, it keeps the work exciting and engaging.

Likes

Interaction with a wide range of industries, great exposure. The level of autonomy that is given along with the responsibility, if you do the job well. Managers and heads of committee's often travel for work related meetings and programs.

Dislikes

The autonomy that is given to the employees to get the work done in their own way, sometimes means there is no fixed structure, this can be confusing and hard to follow for freshers.

There is nothing to like about this organization.

Dislikes

No job security, seniors will only try to insult you and degrade you despite of someone who's working hard. They lay off people after they no longer require a candidate after certain event. Saturday and sunday are also working on event days. Managers will forcefully ask you to put resignation after they no longer require you. There are no defined work timings and they will make you work beyond 10 in the night also. Managers are not supportive and leaders are just worst. Work is not as per JD and they'll expect you to work in all aspects. If you don't want mental peace then this is the company you should work for couple of months as they will traumatize you so much that you eventually will resign.

The colleague are supportive, there is a gaming arcade for chilling, they give bonus every year

Dislikes

I main problem is management. Management doesn’t address issue. There is no structured process. The brother and sister ruined the company
