Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive ( Only executive). Company policies very bad. Appraisal are poor And Manger people not supportive and liar.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't addressed our issues. Salary is poor & career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to New nominees.
