1. Screwed work life balance. You're forced to work beyond your working hours, and those who don't are shamed in the meeting. 2. Worst management. Worst is an understatement here. 3. HRs. They never interfere or process the complaint if it is against the management. Rather they will leak your feedback. 4. No job security. The moment you raise your voice against any faulty practice, you're terminated. Happened with me, was terminated without any reason just because I dared to oppose faulty practices (and I don't regret that) 5. No promotion / increment. Not just me, but have other colleagues who are working here since long and have received job increment of mere 1,000 annually. 6. As a part of job, you're required to coordinate with in-house doctors. And that's a terrible task; not because of work but because of unruly and rude behavior of the doctors. They never miss an opportunity to taunt you and despise you if you reply to them. Trust me, I have seen worst, but these doctors surpass every level.

Likes

Work life balance, no stay back, limited projects and you can enjoy your life there, if you are looking for a stable job with no growth. This is department specific review.

Dislikes

Like any other Indian Company, no hike from last 4.5 years, hike range from 6-7% only means 1000-1500₹ increment, even if you do hardwork or show your skills, maximum you will get is 8%.

Worst place ever I had worked with everyone is thinking they are boss they force to do OT but amount is never credited. If you are thinking to work with this organisation then welcome to the hell

If one has a genuine like working with children and family, this is a great place for you. We collaborate, discuss, plan and execute everything with great zeal and enthusiasm.

It has a lot of "fossils" who have worked here for 10+ years, so if you're looking for job security- this is the place to be.

Terrible work culture, poor work-life balance, managers with no management experience, etc.
