My colleague has got bonus of 50% of CTC because he helped firm earn more work. Every day, I have one hour of extra curricular activity booked on my calendar. Be it spa, tennis coaching, Salsa dance, presentation on Indian history or debate on latest topic. Friday we close at 4pm but till 8pm we need to party hard. Free alchohal every Friday. They have a deal with Manhattan Gurgaon so one part in every 45 minutes and 3 Offsite in one year. Opportunity to travel abroad as my colleague is going to amsterdam next month for 6 months.

I have been working in ISSC for more than 2 years now as an manager. The opportunities and learning in ISSC at all levels is immense.
